How do I buy your products on the website?

We have designed our website to be super-simple for anybody to shop from the thousands of product options! You can select any product category that interests you, and select from the many personalization & bulk discount options displayed on every product page.

Simply add the products to cart & proceed with your preferred payment options to place an order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We generally dispatch orders & send tracking details within 48 hours after payment, depending on availability of items.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the service density of the shipper in your area.

Generally, you can expect to receive your parcels within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.

The courier company through which your parcel will be sent is selected by us, based on various factors such as earliest approximate delivery estimate, cost factor, reliability in your area pin code, handling reviews, etc.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit & credit cards, such as Visa & Mastercard. Additionally, we offer alternative payment options like UPI for your convenience.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option for some of our products.

What is the return policy?

All orders go through 3 strict quality-check steps before reaching our packing staff. We check all items thoroughly before packing. If any items are received by customers in a "damaged" condition on opening, we generally offer full or partial refund for the item. Please note that an unpacking video of the parcel must be provided in order to claim refund.

We do offer many bulk discounts & lot discounts on almost all products, to provide our customers with the best value for their purchases. We generally offer between 10 to 35% OFF for bulk orders, depending on quantity.
